Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tell City, Indiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

As of October 30, 2025, this project is in final planning. A general contractor has been awarded. Construction is expected to begin in the Summer of 2026. This project consists of the demolition of the five existing hangar doors and installation of a new 60-foot by 15-foot hydraulic hangar door and overhead rollup doors. This project will include the design of concrete footers. This project will also include the retrofitting of existing siding and trim work. Other project items include general patching and painting of the existing hangar siding and roof.
