Renovation of a municipal facility in Cadillac, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of July 15, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Pressure test of existing snowmelt tubing to determine if it is still functioning. If system holds pressure, disconnect and remove existing outdoor boiler including associated piping; furnish and install new outdoor boiler, boiler pump and all associated electrical and mechanical items for a complete operational installation in accordance with the design intent outlined. ALL questions should be emailed to Kendra Thompson (PSC), Kendra C. Thompson Architects at email: thompson.kendra@sbcglobal.net not later than 12:00 PM EST on May 15, 2025. 5% BID SECURITY REQUIRED.
