Sullivan Street (11) is a complex of one 3-storey apartment building and townhouses with 31 units total. It was built in 1923. Exterior building envelope rehabilitation was recommended at 11 Sullivan St in response to the building staff and tenants concerns to air infiltration, poor ventilation, impaired thermal comfort and performance. Facility Management and Engineering Consultant conducted site reviews and assessments. Observations made confirmed obsolete windows, poor conditions of brick cladding, deterioration and obsolete concrete façade elements. As a result, the retained engineering consultant prepared a design proposal for envelope rehabilitation that include exterior windows and doors replacement, localized brick cladding and façade elements repairs. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at 11 Sullivan Street, Toronto, ON TCHC will be awarding all phases to the lowest total priced Proposal.
