Reference Number 0000384539 The work of this annual Contract consists, in general, of repairing, remodeling, and constructing, building related improvements including but not limited to: interior and exterior systems and finishes, and structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The intention of the Port is to execute contracts for said work with up to five contractors. The Port's preference is to award a minimum of one contract to a Port-certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) contractor, if available. The estimated total annual cost for the work to be performed under all awarded contracts is $24,000,000. The not-to-exceed amount for all awarded contracts over the three-year term of the contracts will be determined by the Board at time of award.
