Reference Number 0000384485 The work of this annual Contract consists, in general, of furnishing and installing: medium voltage electrical distribution and control systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Micro-grid systems, EV chargers, and performing miscellaneous low-voltage electrical work. The intention of the Port is to execute contracts for said work with up to five contractors. The Port's preference is to award a minimum of one contract to a Port-certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) contractor, if available. The estimated total annual cost for the work to be performed under all awarded contracts is $15,000,000. The not-to-exceed amount for all awarded contracts over the three-year term of the contracts will be determined by the Board at time of award. The amount of the bonds will be determined by dividing the maximum value of all work during the three-year term of the contract by the number of contracts awarded. *The Port specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the Work.
