Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chetek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Consultant, Rettler Corporation, on behalf of the OWNER, will receive sealed bids for the Chetek High School, Athletic Facility Redevelopment Project. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025 A project prebid meeting is not currently scheduled. If a prebid meeting occurs, the time, date and location will be addressed via addendum. CONTRACT "A" - GENERAL SITE CONSTRUCTION 1. Athletic facility redevelopment project with work including, but not limited to, site demolition, stripping and placing topsoil, common excavation, synthetic turf base stone, concrete curb nailer, athletic field equipment, concrete flatwork, asphalt pavement, dense graded base, rip rap, storm sewer, underdrain, fencing, dugout structures, netting system, erosion control, irrigation, conduit, synthetic turf power and water access boxes, landscaping, seeding, sodding, and site restoration. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A" - ALTERNATE 1 - SOFTBALL BACKSTOP NETTING SYSTEM 1. Provide and install netting foundations, posts, netting, fencing, fence guard and hardware for a softball field in-line netted backstop in lieu of a chain link backstop. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A" - ALTERNATE 2 - ALUMINUM BLEACHER SYSTEMS 1. Provide and install a 3 row 31' wide, 5 row 19' wide, and a 5 row 31' wide standard aluminum bleacher system. Each bleacher item as part of bid alternate 2 may be accepted by the Owner individually from one another. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. WORK BY OTHERS Work by others or OWNER that shall be concurrent to work of this contract includes the following: 1. Contract B - Providing and installing a synthetic turf system for the stadium field will be procured under a separate bidding process. Work of this contract shall be coordinated with synthetic turf installation. 2. Providing and installing a softball field scoreboard and will be procured under a separate bidding process. Work of this contract shall be coordinated with the scoreboard construction. 3. Coordinate work of various trades between Contract A and Contract B as previously described. 4.
