A response, verbal or written, will be provided within five (5) days of request. . Scope: This project consists of the pouring/installation of a basement or crawl space on a property owned by The City of Creston at 400 S WALNUT in Creston. This invitation to bid will be used to select a firm or individual for these services. 2. Project Objectives: the City of Creston desires to install a poured concrete foundation for the placement of a modular home in a residential neighborhood. 3. Work S pecifications include the following:- any excavation needed for the included foundation plan.- the forming and pouring of a 25x50 crawl space using the included specs and cite plan. 4. Bid amounts are sought as an individual sum of the total project costs of the subject property, as well as any related costs for the work ordered. 5. The services shall commence upon written notice from the Code Compliance Officer and shall be completed within the time period declared in the written notice. 6. It is entirely the respondent's responsibility to examine this bid solicitation, and to submit a bid for all stated services requested in a timely, complete, and procedurally correct manner.
