additional doc acq note: Contract Documents, including Construction Drawings, Instruction to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Contract Form, Bond Forms and Contract Specifications may be examined after 12:00 pm on Tue, April 29, 2025, on the Port Huron Area School District website PROJECT DESCRIPTION Port Huron Area School District will accept sealed proposals for parking lot improvements at 2615 Hancock Street and 2400 Garfield Street, Port Huron, MI 48060 The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for 4,440 syd of asphalt pavement removal, 1,814 Syd of asphalt pavement cold milling, 2,007 Syd of asphalt crushing, 2,414 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement placement, 730 ft of 12-inch storm sewer, 4,689 sq ft of concrete sidewalk, traffic control pavement markings, permanent traffic signage, and other incidental items related thereto. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in bids, to reject any and/or all bids, in whole or in part, or to award any Contract to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in the Owner's best interest to do so. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after receipt. All bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided by the Engineer. Question Deadline 05/07/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
