Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Yuba City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
** As of July 15,2025, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** An addition of two new fire service hydrants and a backflow preventer. A remedy to ponding that occurs at the north-west corner of the project site and ponding at the north end of the asphalt play court, YCUSD requests a price proposal to add a concrete swale and drain inlet per the attached revised sheet C-02 and C-03. As security for its Bid, each bidder shall provide with its Bid form: o A bid bond issued by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, o Cash, or o A cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Yuba City Unified School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The successful Bidder shall furnish to the District a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Project. The District's Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) calendar days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) calendar days after the date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 at 4:00 PM PT
