Project SELCO requests qualifications from Architecture firms to provide Design Services, in accordance with the Designer Selection Procedures of the Department, for the modernization of its facilities, including a new building to house administrative, customer service, and operations staff. The project is to prepare a feasibility study and conceptual design for the proposed building. Upon acceptance of the Feasibility Study, the Designer may be authorized for complete Design Services. Qualifications and proposals are sought from Architecture firms who have worked on projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule, and budget. A Construction Management firm may be procured following the selection of a Designer, utilizing MGL Ch. 149A, CM at Risk. Scope The Feasibility Study is expected to be completed within four months of Notice to Proceed.
