Renovation of an educational facility in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Illinois State University intends to award all subdivisions of work to a Heating/Controls contractor, serving as the Project Coordinator/Single Prime for the project with the expectation to subcontract all other subdivisions of work. Contractor will provide labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the work for the ISU Horton Fieldhouse Heating and Ventilation Upgrades, including, but not limited to, furnishing and installing a new HVAC ventilation system and associated electrical work. Refer to the drawings and technical specifications for a detailed breakdown of the base bid and alternates for this project. All responses must include: Submit 1 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. Sealed envelopes containing the bids have the bid number and project title on the envelope. Bid security (see complete bid for details). A letter from a surety company in substantially the form set forth in the Instructions to Bidders assuring the issuance of the performance and payment bonds. There is a 9 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
