Demolition and site work for a residential development in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

**As of June 2,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 2025.** The City of Guthrie reserves the right to reject any and all bids; waive irregularities and formalities in any bid submitted. In addition, the City reserves the right to contract with one or more parties to perform identical services as deemed appropriate. The City of Guthrie/Guthrie Public Works Authority is an equal opportunity employer. This Project consists of the following: The bidder shall be required to contact all utility companies to disconnect any services that may be connected to the buildings/structures and outbuildings on the property. Demolition and removal of all buildings/structures on the property, along with all resulting debris. Removal of all site improvements on the property inclusive of but not limited to, slabs, foundations, out-buildings, etc. Removal of below-grade construction and utilities to a depth of 24 inches below grade Disconnecting, sealing/capping in place site utilities that cannot be removed. Specifically, the bidder shall plug and secure any sewer lines. Below Grade Areas - Completely fill below grade areas and voids resulting from building demolition and site clearance operations with satisfactory soil materials. Site Grading - Uniformly rough grade area of demolished construction and site clearance to a smooth surface free from irregular surface changes. Provide a smooth transition between adjacent existing grades and new grades. Seed the demolished area with grass seed. The site shall be left in a mowable condition with all small trees and bushes removed. Clean adjacent structures of dust, dirt, debris caused by building demolition & site clearance activities. Return adjacent areas to conditions existing before demolition & site clearance operations began. All work shall be inspected by the City of Guthrie Planning Department.
