Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Ventura College STEM Program Building Improvements This scope of work is a summary and is not intended to limit work described in the construction documents with exception of specific items listed by another contractor. This project includes all site preparation, utility connections, and associated infrastructure improvements to receive a new 2,880 square-foot modular building, to be fabricated, delivered, and assembled by American Modular Systems. Scope of work includes demolishing and clearing the site, constructing concrete foundations with AMS-provided anchorage embeds, vent wells, and access grates, installing a crawlspace mud slab and vapor barrier, performing site work including walls, paving, and landscaping, installing utilities to the building points of connection, and completing electrical and low voltage systems, including fire alarm, as indicated in the construction documents.
