Scope of work: The project includes the demolition and abatement of an existing restroom facility and the construction of a new 12' x 60' modular restroom building. The scope covers all associated site work such as new concrete foundations, utility connections (including fire alarm integration), accessible parking upgrades, asphalt paving, sidewalks, signage, fencing, and landscaping repairs. The modular structure will be supplied and delivered by Silvercreek Industries, while the site contractor is responsible for all foundation, utility, and finish connections. The Contract Time is 150 days. CONTRACTOR should consult the General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and General Requirements regarding Milestones and Liquidated Damages.
