CityHousing Hamilton (CHH) requires a qualified and experienced architectural and engineering consulting firm to perform thorough and accurate Building Condition Assessments for CHH's property portfolio. The Work shall include data input of the current building information into CHH's Asset Planner software. The generation of Capital Reserve Fund Forecasts including a breakdown of how each budget was derived is also a requirement. The complete Building Condition Assessment and Capital Reserve Fund Forecast along with the data entry into Asset Planner shall be completed by April 30, 2026.
