St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform preventative maintenance and inspection, etc., of the medical gas systems and equipment at the Charlton Avenue and King Street Campuses. SJHH requires the Work to be performed as per CSA Z7396.1-22 guidelines, unless grandfathered by an earlier version of the CSA Standard, applicable TSSA requirements, OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Act), and manufacturer recommendations. The Contract would be for 3 years with 2, 1-year options to extend. Subject to St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton's reserved rights and privileges set out in this RFT, the Contract shall be awarded to the bidder that submitted the compliant Bid with the lowest Procurement Value. St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton is subject to the Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act, 2022. This Request for Tender is open to all Canadian Businesses. For further clarity, please refer to the Instructions to Bidders within this RFT document, specifically article 5. Building Ontario Businesses Initiative Act, 2022. All responses to this Request for Tender shall be submitted in English. All attendees are required to wear CSA approved safety boots. Note: packet drawings etc will be provided to all bidders who attend the site meeting.
