Flourish, as Development Manager, is soliciting pre-qualifications on behalf of Victoria Park Community Homes from General Contractors for a new development located at 525 Stone Church Rd. E, Hamilton. The project consists of an eight-storey, 107-unit apartment building with ground floor parking and a total GFA of 7461m2. Solar PV will be included on the rooftop for on-site energy consumption. The principal architect on the project is Invizij Architects Inc., and the building is being designed to passive house standards for maximum energy efficiency and building performance.
