Renovation of a multi-residential development in Boston, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of August 26, 2025, this project has not been awarded and is anticipated to rebid sometime after October 1, 2025. The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) invites sealed bids for Fire Alarm Control Panel Upgrade at Ruth Barkley Development. The general bid must include: a 5% bid deposit by a bid bond, cash, certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must furnish 50% Payment Bonds. All bids are subject to MGL c. 30, sec. 39M. Wages are subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor. All general bidders must follow the BHA's Minority and Women Participation Provision and Resident Employment Provision. Question Deadline 05/15/2025 For all other questions, please email bids@bostonhousing.org. The BHA reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all general bids, if it be in the public interest to do so. Tender has been cancelled due to change of scope of work, and may be rebid in the near future.
