Renovation of a multi-residential development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Intercom Replacement at Six Elderly Developments The general bid must include: a 5% bid deposit by a bid bond, cash, certified, treasurer's, or cashier's check. The successful bidder must furnish 50% Payment Bonds. All bids are subject to MGL c. 30, sec. 39M. Wages are subject to minimum wage rates set by the US Department of Labor. All general bidders must follow the BHA's Minority and Women Participation Provision and Resident Employment Provision. The latest date for us to receive questions will be May 16, 2025. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must requestitatleast 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening The BHA reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all general bids, if it be in the public interest to do so. Bids will be received and publicly opened at the BHA's Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th floor, Boston, MA, 02111. If bidders are to hand-deliver bids, please drop off bids at the Bids/Proposals Drop-Off Box in the lobby of 56 Chauncy Street or follow signage there due to ongoing construction Minority Workforce Goals. The Contractor and each of its Subcontractors shall make efforts to employ and maintain Minority workers that perform a total of FORTY PERCENT (40 %) of the total employee person hours under the Contract. B. Women Workforce Goals. The Contractor and each of its Subcontractors shall make efforts to employ and maintain Women workers that perform a total of TWELVE PERCENT (12 %) of the total employee person hours under the Contract.
