Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of Alarm Monitoring services at various locations (72 locations) of TCHC/TSHC. TCHC will be awarding a 3-year Agreement plus the option in favour of TCHC to extend for another 2 x one-year terms. TCHC's intention to enter into the form of Agreement based on that attached as Appendix B. The term of agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of TCHC to extend for another 2 x one-year terms with the awarded lowest total priced proponent, who successfully passed Stage 1 and Stage 2 successfully.
