The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide plumbing maintenance, repair, improvement and renovation services for facilities located within the Northern Virginia (NOVA) District which is comprised of the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William. The Prime Contractor shall possess a Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) Virginia Class "A" Contractor license specializing in Plumbing Services (PLB). Solicitation will result in a Time and Materials type contract.
