RFQ Construction Manager At Risk - Bingham Question Cuttoff Date & Time 5/19/2025 06:00:00 PM (ET) Questions should be directed via email only to: Mr. Shawn Dilday, Executive Director Operations spdilday@spsmail.org The School District of Springfield R12 ("District") will accept qualifications for a construction manager at-risk in accordance with RSMo 67.5050.1 and as described in the attached request. Qualified organizations ("Respondent") are invited to submit digital copies of a formal proposal as described herein via the District's virtual portal. SCOPE OF SERVICES The District intends to enter into an AIA Document A133 - 2019, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The selected firm shall provide construction manager at-risk services related to the preconstruction services, planning, estimating, designing, demolition, construction, of a new Bingham Elementary school.
