Burlington County, New Jersey, is seeking technical and administrative proposals as part of its competitive solicitation process, from qualified firms to provide preliminary engineering and final design services for CR 614 (Tom Brown Road), CR 603 (Riverton Road) and New Albany Road Intersection Improvements. The consultant selection will be in accordance with provisions contained in the Brooks Act. The contract, if awarded, is subject to all pertinent federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The contract, if awarded, is subject to all pertinent federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Applicable regulations include, but are not necessarily limited to, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation. The DBE participation goal for the project is a minimum 9.95 % of the total project cost. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County of Burlington. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
