**As of June 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Ronnie C Folk Paving Inc, with an awarded amount of $180,406.75.** 2025 Oak Lane, Grant Street, Birch Street Road Reconstruction Project Question Deadline 05/08/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Location online portal. Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The Work must be completed prior to August 22, 2025. The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Paving reconstruction (milling/excavation, 2A subbase, bituminous binder and wearing courses), 2A stone shoulder back up, incidental milling and sealing. The work location is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The project documents contain provisions regarding the applicability of PA Prevailing Wages. All materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 in place at the time of bid submission unless otherwise specified. Bidders must be either a PennDOT Pre-qualified Prime or PennDOT Pre-qualified Sub-Contractor for Work Class F. Rush Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof, and to accept any Bid, or portion of Bid, and the right to waive any immaterial defects in the bidding process, which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Township.
