Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in West Barnstable, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed under this contract includes but is not limited to all work required to construct the Centerville Playground and Parking project including site preparation, installation of new parking lot, installation of site lighting as shown on the drawings, and installation of playground equipment provided by the Owner. 100% Payment and 100% Performance Bond Required. 5% Bid Bond Required. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. OSHA Certification Required. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) policies of the Town of Barnstable are applicable. The "Fair Share" construction requirement for this project is a minimum of 10.4% combined MBE/WBE participation by state certified MBEs and WBEs. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town. Last day to submit questions is 5/14/25, no later than12:00 pm. Questions shall be submitted in writing through the Public Question and Answer section of the online portal.
