A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of the work necessary to remove and replace damaged block walls at various locations throughout the City, and other incidental and related work, all as described in the specifications for this project. This is a 2-year unit price bid that will be dependent on City issued work orders for specific scopes based on the type and locations where block walls become damaged. The Contractor will be required to utilize the Virtual Project Manager (VPM) online website for the duration of the project, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Project Manager. The online account is free to the Contractor and must be utilized for all submittals, RFIs, pay requests, and all other project-related correspondence. See Section 6-04.02 "Online Project Management Software" of the Special Provisions for additional information. After both parties have signed the contract, the Contractor agrees to commence work within 15 calendar days. The length of the contract will be twenty-four (24) months, starting July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2027. The contract may be extended annually (not to exceed 4 years total) with the same prices and terms if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and City. No bid will be considered unless it is submitted on a proposal form furnished by the City of Lodi within the full set of contract documents.
