Reference Number 0000292382 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/15 12:00:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No. RFP Contact" at: bids@torontomu.ca Description of Procurement The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for roofing contractor services for the reroofing of the Kerr Hall Building located at 340 Church Street & 60 Gould Street (KHE), 379 Victoria Street (KHW), 31 and 43 Gerrard Street East (KHN) and 40 and 50 Gould Street (KHS), as further described in Appendix B. The term of the Final Agreement is approximately twelve (12) months or the completion of the project, whichever is longer, followed by the warranty period. The substantial completion of the project is expected to be on or before September 30, 2025. A labour and material payment bond in an amount equal to not less than 50% of the Contract Price, including all applicable taxes A performance bond in an amount equal to not less than 50% of the Contract Price, including all applicable taxes. The University may, in its sole discretion, (a) reject any or all of the Proposals. (b) accept any Proposal.
