Reference Number 0000292874 The Work of this Contract consists of the design, production of shop drawings, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, manufacture, quality assurance, testing, packaging, site delivery, offloading, positioning, commissioning and warranty of Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) Rectifier Transformers equipment. An executed Bid Bond form, included as Section 00 43 13 or in a form approved by TTC, in the amount of $60,000.00 and in accordance with Paragraph 1.10.1 of these Instructions to Bidders. For greater clarity, a digital Bid Bond submitted in accordance with Paragraph 1.10.2 of these Instructions to Bidders shall be considered an original executed Bid Bond for the purposes of this RFB The Bidder shall complete and submit an executed Agreement to Bond, in a form satisfactory to TTC for the provision of a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for a sum equal to at least 50% of its Total Bid Price and in the form required by TTC. TTC's right to accept or reject any or all Bids or to accept a Bid including the lowest price Bid, whether or not it complies with the Bid Documents, or to cancel this RFB at any time prior to the Notification of Award is expressly reserved without liability to TTC.
