Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boynton Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Lebolo Construction, as the Construction Manager for the School District of Palm Beach County, is Inviting Trade Contractors to Prequalify and Bid for the 2671-7100 Sdpbc Freedom Shores Elementary School- Facilities Renovations and Repairs. The purpose is to perform interior renovations of existing buildings. This includes renovating restrooms, milling and resurfacing parking lots, gutters & downspouts repairs, new doors and hardware, and VCT classrooms replacement. The interior classroom walls will be painted, and restroom accessories and ADA signage will be replaced. The project will also involve upgrading plumbing fixtures and water coolers, replacing dampers and smoke detectors, and electrical for restrooms, fixtures, and mechanical equipment. SDPBC-certified SBE subcontractors and vendors are strongly encouraged to participate. 5% bid bond is required for proposals over $100k. SBE goal 25%. Start date Winter 2025. Bidders must be pre-qualified or have submitted a prequal package to LEBOLO before Due Date. LEBOLO reserves the right to reject any or all bids & waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids & to re-advertise for bids for any reason.
