Deadline for Questions Date: Monday, July 21, 2025, at 2:30 PM The City of Boynton Beach "City" Utilities Department is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for water and sewer system replacement, drainage improvements, including the creation of a new 24-inch outfall, lift station rehabilitation, and associated restoration work, including driveways, swales, and roadway surfaces. This project is being funded, in whole or in part, by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) through the Resilient Florida Grant Program. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, and essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and ITB No. 25-071B Documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work, and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
