Reference Number 0000390526 The project scope includes but is not limited to: Roof re-cover for one (1) existing building consisting of seven decks and approximately 72,073 square feet. Installation of new SBS 3-ply modified roofing over existing roof rigid board insulation. Remove cants, base flashing, and coping to allow for installation of new built-up roofing. Install new cants, base flashing, and coping. Remove moisture-damaged rigid board insulation down to the metal deck and provide new insulation in locations as identified on the roof demolition drawings. Remove existing mechanical curbs and replace with new mechanical curbs. Remove and replace existing conductor heads and downspouts. Enlarge existing working scuppers and provide new emergency overflow scuppers in parapet per plans. Install new roof walking pads. Install new roof access ladder. Provide new rooftop mounted disconnect switches on unistruts with dedicated CGFI outlets. Existing Lightning Protection Systems on Buildings 1 should be removed, reinstalled, and re-certified as necessary.
