Final Completion no later than October 1, 2025. A Performance Bond for 100% of the Tender, issued by an approved Guarantee Company must be furnished by the Contractor when the Contract is signed. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all tenders, or accept the tender deemed most favorable in the interest of the Owner.
