MAGOFFIN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION (OWNER) will receive proposals through Codell Construction Company (CONSTRUCTION MANAGER) to furnish all labor and materials to complete the BG #25-210 MAGOFFIN COUNTY SCHOOLS NEW CENTRAL BUS GARAGE & BG #25-209 MAGOFFIN COUNTY SCHOOLS NEW MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING located at HORNET DRIVE/221 HORNET DRIVE, SALYERSVILLE, KY 41465. Work is to be performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and addenda prepared by ALT32 ARCHITECTURE (ARCHITECT), CONNOLLY CONSULTING ENGINEERS, PPLC, (M/E ENGINEER), POAGE ENGINEERING & ASSOCIATES, INC. (STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS) and ELEMENT DESIGN (CIVIL ENGINEER). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Owner can be served. Bid opening wil be public, and contracts and direct purchase orders will be with the Owner. Questions should be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect.
