Reference Number 0000384795 The removal and replacement of approximately 750 tons of asphalt on public roadways in various locations throughout the Town of Parker. This contract is subject to optional renewal for a two (2) additional one-year terms per the contract documents. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a Contract and Performance, Payment and Maintenance bond in accordance with his bid when notified of the award. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to waive technical defects accordingly as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
