**As of September 11, 2025, the project was awarded to JHL Constructors, LLC, with an awarded amount of $26,356,920.19.** Salisbury Regional Park is a 48-acre development for Phase I of a 91-acre regional park north of the existing Salisbury Equestrian Park and Sports Complex in the Town of Parker, Colorado. Work includes but is not limited to the development of four natural grass lighted ballfields, two lighting synthetic turf multi-purpose fields, fencing, backstops, playground, batting cages, asphalt driveways, asphalt parking, concrete curb and gutter, a plumbed restroom building, shade structures, stormwater improvements, earthwork, site utilities, site lighting, landscape, and irrigation.
