Bids shall be addressed Conway County Regional Water Distribution District, 30 H2O Drive, Plumerville, Arkansas 72127, and shall be labeled "Bid for Water Storage Tank Improvements, HWEI Project No. 2023116". The Project Includes the Construction of Three (3) New Ground Storage Tanks Including Concrete Foundations, Coating Systems, Hydrodynamic Tank Mixing Systems, Site Grading, Vaults, Piping, Isolation Valves, and Connections to Existing Water Lines. The Project Also Includes Raising, Constructing Repairs and Improvements, Cleaning, and Recoating an Existing 93,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank, Constructing Repairs and Improvements, Cleaning, and Recoating an Existing 68,000-gallon Ground Storage Tank, and All Appurtenances to Complete the Project as Shown on the Plans and Indicated in the Specifications. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities and Reject Any and All Bids.
