Site work for a civil project in Malaga, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major items of work shall include, but not limited to cooling water irrigation pipe installation, excavation and embankment, pump station including building, mechanical, and electrical, and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications. The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Contract work must be substantia ly completed by December 31, 2025 The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days.
