Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Malaga, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The order of magnitude is approximately $782,000 Install a new biosolids storage building and make improvements to existing sludge drying drainage systems at the City of Wenatchee's Sludge Drying Bed Facility. The building is anticipated to be a prefabricated metal structure, including a concrete slab, concrete ecology blocks to enclose the storage area, and a drainage ditch on the west end of the slab. The drainage system work is anticipated to include installation of grating capable of supporting the weight of heavy equipment, replacement of the contents of the drainage trenches, and replacement of drainage pipe in one of the trenches.
