Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Malaga, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of approximately 9,000 linear feet of a transmission water main, pressure reducing valve and vault, combination air valve vaults, isolation valves, surface restoration and related work in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the WSDOT APWA Standard Specifications. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 Bidder questions shall be directed to Erik Howe at ehowe@rh2.com or (509)886-6761 The Contractor agrees to perform the work required for Substantial Completion (facility fully operational) by April 9th, 2027 and complete all contract work (Physical Completion) including corrections, finish, cleanup, and administration by April 30th, 2027. Failure to meet the contract dates may result in liquidated damages in the amount of $3,250 for each working day beyond the Substantial Completion date.
