Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of a new 10-acre site with a Library/Community Center building, along with a covered basketball court, pickleball courts, skateboard park, and splashpad. Scopes include, but are not limited to the following: concrete; masonry; structural steel; light gauge metal trusses, fiber cement siding, roofing; sealants & waterproofing; doors, frames, & hardware; overhead doors; aluminum windows & storefront; gypsum wallboard assemblies; stucco; acoustical ceilings; resilient flooring; tile flooring/walls; painting; signage; toilet compartments (toilet accessories furnished by Owner); fire extinguishers; shade structures; aluminum pergolas; Bahama shutters; flagpoles; playground equipment; pre-fab pavilions; food service equipment; casework; bleachers; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; fencing; and landscaping and irrigation.
