On an as-requested basis, the Contractor shall provide sustainability and green building consulting services to the Commission. n connection with the management and expansion of its 2,500-unit portfolio of mixed-income and mixed-finance rental housing, it is the intent of the Howard County Housing Commission (the "Commission") to enter into an agreement with a qualified and experienced contractor (the "Contractor") to provide sustainability and green building consulting services as set forth in this Request for Proposals (this "RFP"). The Commission's objectives are to assess its portfolio for opportunities to improve energy efficiency and to research and apply for public or private funding to finance those improvements. Question Deadline 05/09/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions concerning this RFP must be made in writing and e-mailed to questions@househoward.org. Answers to questions and any addenda/amendments to the RFP will be posted by May 14, 2025 on the Commission's website at online. The contract period shall be for one year with three (3) one-year renewal options, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Commission. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
