Renovation of a municipal facility in Bradley, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of installing Carlisle SynTec's Sure-Weld (TPO) Adhered Roofing System as outlined below: Apply the Sure-Weld Adhered Roofing System in conjunction with Poly-ISO insulation after tear off of the existing roofing materials to expose the metal or gypsum decking for verification of suitable substrate as specified in this specification. This bid release of the project consists of the following bid packages: Description Roofing, Waterproofing, Insulation, and Sheet Metal All contractors and subcontractors rendering services under this contract must comply with all requirements of the Act, including but not limited to, all wage, notice and record keeping duties. Any questions regarding bid documents and or to further inquire about obtaining bid documents, please contact Johnson Downs Construction Company, Inc. 815-932-2136 Bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to (10%) of the base bid is required from all Bidders. Guarantee Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to (100%) of the bid will be required from the awarded Bidders. Village of Bradley reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This invitation is issued in the name of Village of Bradley. All information submitted as part of this process shall be considered public information under the State Freedom of Information Act unless specifically disclosed on the applicable information by Bidder.
