Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Dekalb, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Project Description: The project consists of the construction of a new Pre-Engineered Steel Building, on a poured concrete foundation system. The work will be performed under one General Contract. The Site work has been prepared under separate contract by Fehr Graham Engineering. The sub-grade has been brought up to within 12" of finished floor elevation under the footprint of the building. All exterior concrete paving up to the face of the building is also included in the Site Work contract. (not included in this contract) The General Contractor will be responsible for coordinating the work between all trades under the General Contract, with the Site Work Contract. The building will be fully suppressed with Fire Protection system, and HVAC will be suspended unit heaters. One Rest Room for private use only.
