Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Monroe, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Replacement of existing sidewalk, steps leading to street on east, west, and south sides, replacement of handrails, stairs to southwest lower entrance, and other related work. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Replacement of existing sidewalk and drainage channels B. Replacement of steps leading to street on west, south, and east sides C. Replacement of handrails to match existing rails on courthouse entrance stairs and meet all applicable codes D. Replacement of stairs at lower entrance on the southwest corner to include replacement of existing drain to incorporate existing downspouts and run lateral to the south and daylight through existing retaining wall sub drainage for two (2) roof leaders E. The Contractor is responsible for all applicable plan approvals, permits, and fees associated with the project. F. Handicapped entrance must be accessible at all times G. One entrance must remain accessible at all times H. Contractor responsible for keeping site safe for all pedestrian traffic at all times, including but not limited to barricades, lights, etc. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time. Project must be completed by October 15, 2025.
