Site work and paving for a civil project in Geneva, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the installation of new 8" PVC water main by open cut and horizontal directional drilling; re-connecting the fitness center's water service; abandoning existing water main of various sizes in place; restoring all damaged concrete, asphalt, and turf; and all other required and incidental items necessary to complete the work.in accordance with the Contract Documents. All BIDS shall be submitted on the forms provided, and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of their bid amount made out to the City of Geneva, Illinois. All persons working on this project shall be paid no less than current prevailing wages stipulated by the Illinois Department of Labor in the County of Kane and/or as determined by a Court of Law having jurisdiction. The City of Geneva, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. Anticipated Award Date: June 16, 2025
