The pump house includes four sections: (1) The first floor that houses and protects the pump and GJHA's irrigation supplies, (2) the second floor that is damaged and unusable, (3) the storage shed, and (4) the covered trailer parking. The roof of the pump house was installed as a shingled flat roof. GJHA discovered that over time, the roof covering the upper level had sustained damage and has recently caved in. There are multiple leaks throughout the structure which have caused water and structural damage causing safety and reliability concerns.
