As of June 20, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows:The Work generally includes lining an approximate 7,766 feet of 8 inch diameter sanitary sewer mains, service lateral cleanout installation, T-Liner installation,service lateral reinstatement, and associated appurtenances, and restoration. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the VILLAGE OF MALDEN, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The VILLAGE OF MALDEN reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the VILLAGE OF MALDEN for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract Question Deadline 05/15/2025 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening the Bids will be given consideration
