Description

Renovation of a military facility in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This project consists of the demolition and upgrades to sprinkler and fire alarm systems, as well as hazardous materials abatement at Woodstock Armoury WA-01 for 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of all products, services, labour, materials and equipment required to complete the project. The following work is included, but is not limited to the following: Demolition of existing sprinkler system Supply and install new and upgraded sprinkler system Supply and install new fire alarm panel. Supply and install new initiation devices and addressable modules to connect the new sprinkler devices and existing initiation devices to the new fire alarm panel Perform hazardous material abatement as it relates to the sprinkler and fire alarm system upgrades Protection of all existing features designated to remain in the area of construction Repair and paint existing finishes affected by the work Provide firestopping for new and existing penetrations through fire separations Patch and repair walls, floors, ceilings, penetrations damaged during demolition or removal of Mechanical and Electrical system, equipment or components Testing, commissioning approvals for permits for fully operational sprinkler systems Construction of building upgrades for Woodstock Armoury WA-01 as shown on drawings including Mechanical Electrical Systems Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
