Question Deadline 05/19/2025 at 12:00 PM ET SPECIFICATIONS _ 70'L x 10'W platform size _ 16.5" scale profile _ 4" clearance _ 12" Heavy I-Beams throughout _ Up to 270,000 lb. capacity _ Scale shall be NTEP Certified and shall meet the requirements set forth by the NIST Handbook 44 for Class III-L devices. The current NTEP Certificate of Conformance shall be provided as part of the project documentation package to support this approval. _ 110K CLC (Concentrated Load Capacity) _ 5/16" Thick Steel Diamond Deck Plate _ Guide Rails, 70', PAIR, 4" O.D. Steel, Painted Warranty: Weighbridge: Parts: 5-year or extended 5-year or extended CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY SEPARATE COSTS FOR THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: Proposals shall include adders/deductions for the following: 1. Replace existing steel deck surface with 12-foot-thick concrete stating concrete P.S.I. 2. Reduce profile of scale from 16 _" to 14 _" with 10" I-Beams NOTES: 1. Both approaches to the truck scale must fit within the existing wing walls. 2. The new truck scale must fit within the existing concrete slab. 3. Owner shall reuse existing scale house/enclosure to mount indicator and associated instrumentation CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING: 1. Crane to offload truck scale and secure to existing concrete foundation. 2. Labor and mileage to install and calibrate truck scale following installation. 3. State delivery in weeks/months ARO 4. State payment terms if applicable (e.g. amount due with purchase order, upon delivery to installation site, following installation/final calibration, or similar). OWNER TO SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING: 1. One (1) 120 volt, single phase, 20A dedicated electrical disconnect (or as indicated in the proposed specifications provided by the contractor) shall be provided in an owner designated location adjacent to the truck scale concrete foundation. REQUIREMENTS 1. All work shall be prevailing wage rate consistent with PA Department of Labor and Industry for Dauphin County where the proposed project is located. 2. The successful bidder is required to submit weekly certified payroll documentation to Capital Region Water.
