Susquehanna Township ("Township") is accepting bids for an exclusive MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTION contract for residential and commercial properties, and recycling collection for a contract term of five (5) years. The contract may be mutually renewed for up to five additional one (1) year extensions in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the specifications The Board of Commissioners reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive any informalities or non-material defects in Bids, and to reject any and all Bids. The Contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder providing the lowest cost for the Option and the billing preference as determined to be in the best interest of the Township, as calculated per the Bid Documents.
